Description Dennis Schridde 2011-11-20 09:10:08 UTC
When I try to print a selftest page for my printer via webinterface, cups responds with "Unsupported format 'application/vnd.cups-command'!"

A quick google search seems to hint at some missing or misplaced configuration file.

Which printer you use and which PPD?

Lexmark X7675, added to CUPS as a Lexmark 7000, since there was no better matching setting.

Please try cups-1.5 and report back...
Comment 5 Dennis Schridde 2012-02-02 13:21:26 UTC
net-print/cups-1.5.0-r4 fails to build because of bug #388105.

I haven't had any need to print anything recently. Will report when I do.
