Once the equery list showed the M~ flags.
Now all output is without any:

Actually, it puts the status in the second set of brackets, however, if you have placed the package in /etc/portage/package.keywords it will not display anything.

To see the list of unstable packages that are installed, you can run:

env ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="-~amd64" equery list '*'

you can also use the custom formatting option.

# equery list -h

for the options including the -F, --format=TMPL

eg:

Both are working.

I think the behavior changed...
For some strange reason I feel like the old one was more intuitive.
