libutp.a got missed due to recent patch (bug 368187) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. enable 'utp' and 'qt4' use flags for net-p2p/transmission 2. try to emerge transmission Actual Results: After applying patch to qtr.pro configure phase got messed up. Since there is no libutp.a yet, qmake fails to mention it in Makefile. And this breaks qt client build.

Uhm, I really missed that... Only tested the last patch with utp and qt enabled in the source tree and it worked fine there. But you're right, the ebuild order was not fitting for this. Sorry for introducing another bug with this :(
