testing to stabilize, sci-mathematics/Macaulay2-1.4 requires masked dependent package mpir-2.1.1.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. set FEATURES test
2. emerge -pv package or emerge package
3. 
Actual Results:  
reports !!! All ebuilds that could satisfy ">=sci-libs/mpir-2.1.1[cxx]" have been masked.
!!! One of the following masked packages is required to complete your request:
- sci-libs/mpir-2.2.1 (masked by: ~amd64 keyword)


Expected Results:  
Dependencies listed and accounted for in ebuild to be stable available packages.

Perhaps add package to stabalisation request.
Unmasked the mpir package with keyword.
Packages emerged.
