Since "qemu-dm" is deprecated the "stubdom-dm" IOEMU is needed in order
to run HVM domains (Full virtualized).

Actually the app-emulation/xen-tools-4.0.0 ebuild is not building and installing
stubdom-dm.

Xen 4.1 in tree. Please test with it and reopen if it doesnt work
