We offer x11-drivers/xf86-video-intel-2.11.0, but do not provide two of the suggested companion libraries, x11-libs/cairo-1.9.6 or media-libs/clutter-1.2.4. Both of these versions are development snapshots, but it seems like with cairo especially that we should have the ebuilds in the tree, possibly just masked. Reproducible: Always
Hi Will, you can file two version bump request. I've a ebuild for clutter-1.2.{4,} in http://svn.xmw.de/websvn/gentoo-overlay/ Michael
For clutter version bump please go to bug 312745 , this will be used for cairo then
While I use cairo-1.9.8 myself for cairo-perf-trace work (for relevant development work too), I don't think we should have 1.9.x in tree quite yet. Definitely not in ~arch. Up to Cardoe
I'd consider re-adding the opengl support since apparently it's already on par with the glitz one and forcing the cairo-perf-* tools install
Created attachment 239007 [details, diff] cairo-perf-* and reinstate opengl flag right now I'm forcing it.
Closing since 1.10.2 is already in the tree. If you reopen please change the summary to indicate why.
