Hi, I have a pdf diagram which was handled correctly by evince previous versions but after an update, the diagram is not displayed properly. Check it for yourself with adobe acrobat (or any other working pdf viewer) and evince 2.26. Btw, I am still unsure if this is a problem with evince or something below it... Reproducible: Always

Seems solved for me with evince-2.28
(In reply to comment #5) > Seems solved for me with evince-2.28 > Probably due to newer poppler.
Well, not, the problem is still valid :-(, but I failed to see where was the problem before, sorry. I have sent this to upstream: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=601782
Per https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=601782#c4 this is a poppler problem fixed in 0.12 but it also needs cairo >=1.9.4
(In reply to comment #8) > Per https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=601782#c4 > > this is a poppler problem fixed in 0.12 but it also needs cairo >=1.9.4 > The poppler in portage also seems to have "cairo output" disabled. @loki_val is that related to this in any way?
What's the status of this with =app-text/poppler-0.12.3-r3 ?
(In reply to comment #8) > this is a poppler problem fixed in 0.12 but it also needs cairo >=1.9.4 So this is no longer a poppler problem. It needs newer cairo, so reassigning to cairo maintainer.
cairo-1.10 is already in the tree, then, this could be probably closed
Fixed in 2.32
