The issue has been already mentioned in bug #313013, which is now marked as fixed, but the hedgewars-0.9.13 ebuild still depends only on >=dev-lang/fpc-2.2. Hedgewars compiled with =dev-lang/fpc-2.2.0 crashes on round startup, while with =dev-lang/fpc-2.4.0 the game works fine. The ebuild should depend on >=dev-lang/fpc-2.4. huh. what other issues with the game? both 2.2.4 and 2.4 work fine on all platforms we've tried. I just noticed why this was closed "won't fix" in comment #1 Is this why we keep getting tons of x64 gentoo users to support? :-p Oh well. .14 should be released soon. Not that the fpc requirements will have changed or anything.
