I've seen this since 4.3.5. I was hoping upstream would put this into 4.4.0, and it didn't make it. Nor did it seem to go into 4.4.1. Hopefully 4.5, then, but in the meantime, I'm hoping this patch can make it to the gentoo branch. I have a patch that seems to have applied to 4.4.1, which seems to imply that it wasn't fixed. Reproducible: Always
Created attachment 221935 [details, diff] Patch with the fix from trunk
Is fixed in KDE trunk, but not backported to 4.4 branch yet. See for the commit http://websvn.kde.org/trunk/KDE/kdelibs/khtml/rendering/render_block.cpp?r1=1081434&r2=1081435&pathrev=1081435
Not in 4.4.3
I really doubt we should care about 'konqueror rendering' or 'konqueror does not work with site XXX' bugs - khtml is known for not being very compatible or stable anyway.
Fixed in the overlay 4.4.4 ebuild (which will be moved to tree soon).
Patch is broken - produces infinite loops within khtml on some pages - removed.
OK since this bug was about adding this particular patch, let's close it for now.
