lxde-base/lxappearance (both stable [0.2.1] and testing [0.4.0]) fail when trying to set an icon theme in bz2 format. They work when extracted manually into ~/.local/share/icons, but they fail with the following error when using the LXappearance GUI install button: gzip: stdin: not in gzip format tar: Child returned status 1 tar: Error exit delayed from previous errors (lxappearance:27137): GLib-CRITICAL **: g_utf8_collate: assertion `str2 != NULL' failed Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open LXappearance 2. Go to the "Icons" tab 3. Click "Install" 4. Browse for an icon theme compressed with bz2 Actual Results: The error shows up (when launched from the terminal). If the application is launched from a menu, it gives no feedback as to the problem. Expected Results: The icon theme should be installed via the GUI in either .tar.gz or .tar.bz2 format. The error doesn't occur when using a .tar.gz archive.
