From the website: RHash (Recursive Hasher) is a console utility for computing and verifying hash sums of files. It supports CRC32, MD5, SHA1, Tiger, DC++ TTH, AICH and EDonkey 2000 hash algorithms. This utility seems to be one of the few that supports TigerTree hashes (TTH).

I'd suggest app-crypt, based on md4sum and md5deep.
