The depend() function in /etc/init.d/asterisk could do with having dahdi added to the use list, also, mISDN (depending on the name of the startup script) should probably be added too. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:

or more appropriately, replace 'zaptel' in the use with 'dahdi' ... Just hit this bug myself and had to make a manual edit.
