Gentoo already has ebuilds for app-text/html401 and app-text/xhtml1, but doesn't have an ebuild for the XHTML 1.1 DTD. So here it is. (It's based on app-text/xhtml1/xhtml1-20020801-r4.ebuild). Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:

Hi mgorny@gentoo.org, Sorry to bother you directly. I had proposed this new ebuild a few years ago. I've been using it successfully on my local portage all this time, but it looks like you recently removed sgml-catalog in favor of sgml-catalog-r1 and EAPI 7, which then broke emerge -u world for me. Could you point me to any guidance on how to migrate to sgml-catalog-r1? Or if you have any free time, could you maybe help me get this ebuild added to the repository? :)
