Description Nikoli 2009-06-05 02:01:00 UTC
After upgrading qt* to version 4.5.1 I recompiled all packages that depends on it. But psi stoped working - it could not connect to all my profiles with gpg keys set. Profiles without gpg worked. I found this bug https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=497950#c5 and now with this versions psi works well:
app-crypt/qca-2.0.2-r1
app-crypt/qca-gnupg-2.0.0_beta3
app-crypt/qca-ossl-2.0.0_beta3-r1
It is not enough to upgrade qca, I needed updating of qca-gnupg and qca-ossl too.
Please fix depends in psi ebuilds.

Reproducible: Always

Are qca-2.0.0 and qt-4.5 compatible? Possibly this problem should be fixed in qca ebuilds.
Comment 2 Ben de Groot (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2009-06-06 09:41:50 UTC
While 2.0.0 compiles against Qt 4.5, it seems there may be some runtime problems. I will request stabilization of qca-2.0.2-r1 and the latest version of the other qca modules.

I've got the same problem here.
Comment 4 Dror Levin (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2009-09-20 22:31:30 UTC
Versions 2.0.2-r1 and 2.0.2-r2 of qca are stable and so are all latest version of qca modules, so this bug seems to be fixed. Please reopen if that's not the case.
Comment 5 Peter Volkov (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2009-09-21 07:19:24 UTC
Dror, ppc64 is not stable yet and we need to update deps after they do. So no, this bug is not fixed yet.
Comment 6 Peter Volkov (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2009-11-15 14:34:31 UTC
And finally this bug is fixed.
