Unmaintained upstream.
Last upstream release March 10, 2007.
Incompatible with tcl/tk 8.5.

Only pkgs depending on it are nam/ns (removal bug #271305).

Removed from tree; since apparently no commits was made for progress on this.
If I removed something that was *working* i'll be reverting this asap.
