As per the discussion[1] on gentoo-dev, and more precisely this post[2]
packages that put stuff in /lib/rcscripts should use /$(get_libdir)/rcscripts
instead.

This bug is kinda pointless. An announcement was sent out a while ago about this pkg being obsolete(replaced by busybox) and will be removed from the tree at some point. Flameeyes should of sent that notification out if I recall correctly.
