The previous versions of cyrus e.g. 2.3.9 had an FLAG autocreate and autosieve. The version 2.3.12_p2 doesn't provide them anymore. I have included them in the local ebuild for this version and it works absolutely fine. I think you should include the back into the ebuild Reproducible: Always

I think you should include the back into the ebuild The patches got dropped because they didn't apply cleanly together with USE="drac". I guess you're not using the drac flag, right? In that case I might add them back in for 2.3.13 (which will hit the tree in the next few days, waiting for kolab patches).
