When upgrade from net-mail/cyrus-imapd-2.3.9-r1 to net-mail/cyrus-imapd-2.3.13 we lost autocreate mailbox use flag and function unexpectedly

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. simple emerge net-mail/cyrus-imapd-2.3.13
Actual Results:  
autocreate flag and function dissappeared

Expected Results:  
autocreate use flag and patch

Patch for net-mail/cyrus-imapd-2.3.13 already is on http://email.uoa.gr/download/cyrus/cyrus-imapd-2.3.13/
Ebuild correction needed.

On my servers with use flags autocreate pam ssl tcpd enabled, works fine.
