Description James Cloos 2003-07-06 23:35:49 UTC
this is the ebuild output of 'emerge hpoj':

>>> Install hpoj-0.90 into /home/portage/portage/hpoj-0.90/image/ category net-print
qt
>>> dobin: making insinto executable...
install: cannot stat `insinto': No such file or directory
install: `/usr/include' is a directory
/usr/lib/portage/bin/dolib.so: line 30: 18461 Segmentation fault      ${STRIP}
--strip-debug "${x}"

and then it hung.  (the hanging part is obviously more likely a kernel issue;
the important part here is that portage thought the insinto was a binary to
install, not a command.)
