After revdep-rebuild finishes remerging broken packages, it displays this message: Build finished correctly. Removing temporary files... You can re-run revdep-rebuild to verify that all libraries and binaries are fixed. If some inconsistency remains, it can be orphaned file, deep dependency, binary package or specially evaluated library. I think "If some inconsistency remains, it can be orphaned file" could be reworded to be a little less clunky; for example, maybe "If an inconsistency remains, it might be an orphaned file" would be better. Might I suggest "packaged installed outside of portage's control" instead of "packages install outside of portage's control"? Otherwise this looks quite nice to me.
