Bug 230987 – sci-libs/libint-1.1.4 version bump

sci-libs/libint-1.1.4 is out.
The new ebuild is simpler than the previous one:

1. dont-append-mcpu.patch is no longer needed
2. emake DESTDIR=${D} install works well now
   (see updates file in the source directory).
3. sed modification of configure script is, however, still
   neccessary.
4. changed SRC_URI and homepage (old src_uri is invalid, old homepage
   is valid, but redirects to the new url).

Tested on x86. (w/ gcc-4.3)
(my emerge --info as in Bug 230511, comment 4.)

Woops, didn't even see this because sci-chemistry didn't have it.
