Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge app-emulation/wine-1.0 [1.0_rc5] USE="X alsa cups dbus esd gecko hal jpeg ldap opengl oss samba xml -jack -lcms -nas -ncurses -scanner"

Actual Results:  
Compilation failed : due to gcc internal error

Expected Results:  
wine is installed

sys-devel/gcc
     Available versions:

devrel does not deal with bugs in packages

When you build wine again, does it fail in the same line?

I resynced the tree and made emerge again. It passed smoothly.

Not unlikely a sign of broken hardware, see our "beloved" bug 20600 for reference.
