Since beside the beta tag the install media works quite well, maybe it's time to give it a better spotlight.

Before this is done, should the problem of the modules directory being trucncated (bug #219874) be fixed first. Otherwise it it is not possible to use (at least for x86) the liveDVD to install using a USB keyboard/mouse.

There are too many problems with the _beta2 media and 2008.0 final should be out soon.
