Comment 4 Daniel Gryniewicz (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2008-04-20 14:59:37 UTC
Sweet. That's an ICE.

Obvious candidates are: re-emerge gcc, and check your RAM.

Toolchain: any ideas?
Comment 5 SpanKY gentoo-dev 2008-04-20 19:45:30 UTC
it doesnt look like an ICE that is likely to be gcc's fault:
x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-gcc: Internal error: Killed (program cc1)

find out why the compiler got killed ... low memory ? review your `dmesg`
Comment 6 Gilles Dartiguelongue (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2008-05-24 11:43:15 UTC
@Todd, please provide build.log and try to build gtk with MAKEOPTS="-j1" it would be weird this only shows up on ppc but who knows.
Comment 7 Auke Booij (tulcod) 2008-06-02 18:13:38 UTC
Okay, so my problem was unrelated and fixed. Sorry for interrupting.
Comment 8 Gilles Dartiguelongue (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2008-06-02 18:19:09 UTC
@Todd, and please also provide emerge --info. Get back to us with all of these info please.
