Q: I am a rabid wesnoth fan. Can I file a version bump request the same hour the pre-announce mail goes out to wesnoth developers and packagers? A: No. Q: I l0ves the wesnoth beta versions so MUCH!!! Can I file a bug for those versions to be put into portage? A: No.

Please, consider for inclusion in the main tree. Note: - Wesnoth repository takes around 2GB of disk space. - The preferences are set to different location from stable release. - These ebuilds have the same feature set as in-tree version. - Search http://gpo.zugaina.org/ for overlays with beta and live ebuilds.

I accept pull requests for live ebuilds in my overlay, but I don't compile them every day.
