New version of game Battle Tanks (games-action/btanks) is out

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:



Expected Results:  
Add new btanks-0.7.5800 to portage


Old adding btanks to portage tread: http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=172772
Also, now btanks uses lua and scons (as mentioned in changelog)
