Please find attached snmpy-1.0_alpha4.ebuild

SNMPy is a python binding for ucd-snmp and as such depends on python and ucd-snmp

There isn't really a snmp 1.0 version, the author just uses alpha-3, alpha-4
as it's numbering scheme. I took the liberty of naming it 1.0_alpha4 to fit in the
gentoo version numbering
