Bug 19996 – Eye candy Xfree 4.3 mouse cursors (new packages)

Attaching a tarball containing ebuilds, changelogs & digests for 3 different
colour sets of a pseudo-3 dimensional animated Xcursor theme.
I've added some instructions on how to use them in pkg_postinst().

Reccomended category is x11-themes, but a new x11-cursors category might be more
appropriate.

They work fine for me on xfree-4.3.0-r2 (with its included radeon driver) &
kde-3.1.1a but I haven't tested in Gnome as I don't have it.

Some ebuild fixes: Changed to correct license, added a suggestion in
pkg_postinst() to fix flickering and made them stable out of the box.

please just attach plaintext ebuilds, thats much easier for us.
