Arch teams, please test sys-apps/portage-2.1.2.9 and mark it stable. The java team needs this stable for bug #182704. This release also includes fixes for bugs #176539, #177591, #177601, #177763, #178293, #178544, #179008, #179206, #179766, #179870, #180009, #180079, #180222, and #180399.

It seems there are some warnings about UID conflicts..... I don't know if these shouldn't exist, but wanted to check. Everything is working fine right now. I'll do more testing.
