Arch teams, please test sys-apps/portage-2.1.2.9 and mark it stable.  The java team needs this stable for bug #182704.  This release also includes fixes for bugs #176539, #177591, #177601, #177763, #178293, #178544, #179008, #179206, #179766, #179870, #180009, #180079, #180222, and #180399.

It seems there are some warnings about UID conflicts.....

I don't know if these shouldn't exist, but wanted to check.

Everything is working fine right now. I'll do more testing.

Those are just some harmless warning messages that come from epydoc as the html api docs are generated.
