I tried emerge beryl (http://gentoo-wiki.com/Beryl).

Expected Results:  
I just tried install that.

My laptop is Lenovo Thinkpad Z61M, friday just installed gentoo and everything is updated.

You can't really say that the same thing is happening to you, there's no error posted about the original issue here.
