My network interface freezes when I run it in powersaving mode. It works for some minutes, then I get [att1] when running dmesg (last few lines are important). Neither '/etc/init.d/net.ethx stop' nor iwconfig/ifconfig work. All of them freeze and cannot be revoked. Shutting down the system ends up with an infinite loop. I set the powersaving mode with 'iwpriv ethx set_power 7'. Running 'iwpriv ethx get_power' shows that all went fine (7 BATTERY). I usually use vpnc (free, non-Cisco implementation) together with my wlan interface.
Created attachment 104125 [details] output of dmesg
I'm not sure what we can do about it. I'd suggest filing a bug at upstream's bugtracker, http://bughost.org/bugzilla/ .

Once tested with the ~arch version(s), feel free to reopen these bugs.
