I want to use sometimes the Gentoo LiveCD for work and I need additional software. If Klik worked with LiveCD it would much more convenient.
I think I can safely say this is a WONTFIX. It looks like it only provides applications for x86. We would not put something that isn't required by a particular arch on only one of the arch LiveCDs. If you want a LiveCD with this kind of functionality, you're free to take the specs for the release one and build your own with catalyst. Also, I tried it out by running that installer script from the LiveCD. It installed just fine, but when I tried to install something with it, it complained that rpm2cpio was missing and that it was required to use klik. That could be a bit of a problem for you since there is no ebuild for rpm2cpio in the tree, only rpm2targz. Anyway, that's your problem :)
