Bug 154969 is related to bzr-0.12. bzr-0.11 doesn't depend on pycurl.

Steps to test:
1. echo "dev-util/bzr test" >> /etc/portage/package.use
2. echo "=dev-util/bzr-0.11" >> /etc/portage/package.keywords
3. emerge -av medusa bzr
* passes collision-test on x86
* emerges on x86
4. bzr selftest

If all is good, you should see:

eddy@theoden ~ $ bzr selftest
       bzr: /usr/bin/bzr
    bzrlib: /usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/bzrlib

running tests...
[=====================================================] OK            3895/3895
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Ran 3895 tests in 595.252s

OK
tests passed

I will test on amd64 soon.

This version doesn't even exist in the tree any more.
