this looks like a problem to compile against firefox. Did you try building without firefox module ?
always same error.
your cflags looks safe, can you add your version of firefox ? did you try with latest available liferea (1.0.16) ? It's mostly bug fixes so it should work better :)
Emerged 1.0.16 ~x86. Seems to work fine.
