Some themes of x11-themes/windowmaker-themes-0.1 may not be very appropriate: - Crave - contains nudity (topless woman) - Digital Girls - no nudity, only two women in bikinis I would not like to open these themes (accidentally or not) at work, specially if the boss is a woman. This theme I think is ok, but might not be appropriate for some people: - Weep - small nudity in a black-and-white discreet picture. Currently there is an "offensive" useflag. These could be added to this useflag. xscreensaver package has "nsfw" (not safe for work) useflag, which some might think is more appropriate for this type of content. I know there were two bug reports about this before me: bug 70913 and bug 23635 Also, there are some very long discussions at forums about this subject: http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-187352.html http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-155097.html I'm not the censorman, but I just would not like to (accidentally) display these themes at work. Guys, I'm not asking for these themes being removed, I'm asking to "move" them. If you still want these themes, set the useflag. I'm writing a patch...

Created attachment 86136 [details] Proposed new windowmaker-themes ebuild. This new ebuild has the following features: - Fixes this bug, moving the mentioned themes to "offensive" useflag. - Removes some duplicated themes and files. - The "offensive" themes are only downloaded if offensive useflag is set. - Fixes permissons on installed files (previously, some files had the executable bit set). With so many changes, I think this should be version 0.2
this is funny... want to know my opinion ? I think this doesn't make sense and if you are feeling offendend by those themes don't use it. There's nothing wrong open a theme with a bikini girl on the background in the work it means you are not gay. Thanks anyway.
Well, at least you should take a look at ebuild, and put Crave into offensive category. In fact I've fixed more than just move the themes.
Oh, and this will be an endless discussion of what is "safe for work" and what is not, unless there is some "Gentoo Rule" about this.
