As 1.5 is a major release I have dropped all keywords on archs that I am unable to test on. I have had reports of sparc and others that have problems. If you could please test and keyword if all is well on your arch. Thank you all and sorry for having to go threw this.
I had problems with the RCs on ppc, but didn't looked deeper into it. Will test the final version now.
got the following error. /usr/lib/mozilla-firefox/firefox-bin: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/mozilla-firefox/components/libxremote_client.so: undefined symbol: _Z20NS_NewGenericModule2P12nsModuleInfoPP9nsIModule firefox-bin exited with non-zero status (127)
emerge failed on x86 with following message: !!! Digest verification Failed: !!! /usr/portage/distfiles/embed-typeaheadfind.patch !!! Reason: Failed on MD5 verification
(In reply to comment #3) > emerge failed on x86 with following message: > > !!! Digest verification Failed: > !!! /usr/portage/distfiles/embed-typeaheadfind.patch > !!! Reason: Failed on MD5 verification remove the file and fetch it again you have a stale distfile.
Worked on my ppc after I switched to sys-devel/binutils-2.16.1

The problems was related to an old glibc snapshot that came in by error. It should build and work for the standard ~ppc and far bleeding edge
any other archs gonna re-keyword? If you have a bug problem remove your arch and open another bug with the problems that you are plagued with.
Removing ~sparc as bug #115729 now details our woes.

As most are aware of firefox is yet gonna have another bump for security. If you have not tested and re-keyworded please do so now. If you , I thank you, but still gonna keep you all in loop with this particular bug until we are ready to go stable in a few days. Test as much as you can, file bugs and block on them if *and* only if they are of major imporance. Sparc has been re-added for tracking purposes only, your all still under bus at this point as far as i am aware of. amd64 and x86 do not foget about -bin
We are also gonna list it as a blocker until all archs have reported back as to were they stand with package.
amd64, ppc already added.

HPPA done.
SPARC is dood dude
Those who could have already marked 1.5.x stable, closing.
