Though the changlog isn't very verbal, I do think after reading large part of
the diff between the 3.94 and 3.95 there's reason to bump the version. It's
mostly codecleanups and (small) bug fixes.
I only need someone to see if it compiles on gcc4. Upstream there's work done on
that process which probably caused the gcc4 patch to botch.
As a service I added the patches of the following bugreports:

Compiles fine here (stable gentoo x86).
