Note that Eternal Lands 1.0.1, the version in the portage tree, is no longer supported - connections to the EL server are disconnected with a message to update. An updated package for 1.1 would be greatly appreciated.

I'll get on it. However the first week is a testing week, and so far we've fixed about 50 bugs since the release, so the initial ebuild will be a -test1.ebuild, followed by a final release sometime next week.
