Some apps, such as man, mplayer etc doesn't work with unicode from the box
Fix of mc tips encoding decrease segfaults

a) Please use "New -> Gentoo Linux -> Component: Ebuilds" in future.
Infrastructure is not the correct addressee.

b) Don't create one bug for different unrelated packages.

c) Ebuilds get messy, when we start to add a few lines for every single language
request to support utf8. Take that upstream or provide an updated patch.
