The radeon display detection has regressed

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Using the last radeon driver on a CRT
2. Notice the screen size if very small (top left corner)
3.

Actual Results:  
Screen is very small

Expected Results:  
Should fill the monitor screen

This may have something to do with switching monitors from low-res LCD to
high-res CRT. It appears the resolution gets locked up. There is a patch at the
URL for this. I have tried and it works for me.
