TTFQuery is a library which uses FontTools to allow Python code to readily extract font metadata, such as family names, glyph outlines and the like.  This allows for e.g. rendering fonts in OpenGL in a cross-platform way.  TTFQuery is a dependency of the OpenGLContext project, which should be submitted in a few days if all goes well.

Suggested package name would be dev-python/ttfquery

Functionally identical version taking formatting feedback into account

Uses MY_PN and MY_PV instead of DISTUTILS_NAME and DISTUTILS_VERSION,
eliminates most/all of the comments, splits the dependencies onto multiple
lines.
