if RDEPEND is not set, DEPENDs become RDEPENDs which makes pkgconfig also runtime dependency for gnome-do, which it isn't.

i suggest you fixed it in the latest version, and punt the overshadowed (by keywords) versions from tree

The same is also true for intltool. Fixed both in CVS, thanks for reporting.
