When using layman or anything which requires more than one entry in PORTDIR_OVERLAY, eix fails to index additional overlays.  The correct way to handle overlays would be to source /etc/make.conf (NOT to grep it) and then to parse the value of the $PORTDIR_OVERLAY variable.
