I have seen vapier returned maintaining his packages (I noticed this with chrome-remote-desktop, that is in maintainer-needed but he is still handling it)

Should we revert the whole:

No we do not revert the package reassignment. As our policy says maintainer can do it himself. Since he did not do it. It seems he is not interested.

It would be nice if he will keep them in maintainer-needed to reassign the bugs properly or, if not, add him back to metadatas
