I encountered an internal compiler error, and minimized the problem as much as I could. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. g++ -std=c++11 gcc_crash.cc 2. Observe crash. Actual Results: g++: internal compiler error: Segmentation fault (program cc1plus) Please submit a full bug report, with preprocessed source if appropriate. See <http://bugs.gentoo.org/> for instructions. Expected Results: Compile the code or list errors, not crash. I'm not sure how you guys decide upon severity, but for a source-based distribution a compiler crash is likely pretty major.
Created attachment 354862 [details] This is the file that causes the crash.

(In reply to Jeroen Roovers from comment #2) > 1) Please attach the entire build log to this bug report. Oh, skip that. :)
http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=58059 I filed an upstream bug about this.
Fixed in gcc-7 according to upstream bug.
gcc-7 is stable everywhere.
