The stable channel has been updated to 62.0.3202.75 for Windows, Mac and Linux which will roll out over the coming days/weeks. 
Security Fixes and Rewards

 [$3000][770452] High CVE-2017-15396: Stack overflow in V8. Reported by Yu Zhou of Ant-financial Light-Year Security Lab (蚂蚁金服巴斯光年安全实验室) on 2017-09-30

 GLSA 201711-02 at https://security.gentoo.org/glsa/201711-02
by GLSA coordinator Aaron Bauman (b-man).
