Redhat patches this in util-linux-2.24.2-2.fc20.

Is sys-apps/util-linux-2.26 fix the issue and is ready for stabilization?

This issue was resolved and addressed in
 GLSA 201612-14 at https://security.gentoo.org/glsa/201612-14
by GLSA coordinator Aaron Bauman (b-man).
