Description Ryan Jones 2002-10-28 10:18:25 UTC
Whilst doing an "emerge kde-base/kde"
gimp 1.2.3 is identified as a dependancy.
I recieve the following error:
---------------------------------------------------------
Calculating dependencies ...done!
>>> emerge (1 of 19) media-gfx/gimp-1.2.3-r2 to /
>>> md5 ;-) gimp-1.2.3.tar.bz2

Emerging gimp-1.2.3 on its own does not work but emerging gimp-1.3.9 does work.
Unfortunately portage tells me KDE needs gimp-1.2.3 so this is no help to me.

Thanks for any help and please ask for any more information if needed.
