"The Sun Multi-Schema XML Validator (MSV) is a Java technology tool to validate XML documents against several kinds of XML schemata."

It is a dependency of dom4j, which we're trying to remove packed jars from.

xsdlib-20050625.ebuild

This is from a nightly release. I've put the source up at my webspace, so it'll
be available more than one day.
The source doesn't include a build.xml, so I've used the one from bug #92014 as
a starting point.
