Please provide the output of "emerge info" as well as the versions of mono you
are using. Also, if possible you might try the new monodevelop-0.7 that was
added to portage today. Thanks.

I had this problem a couple of days ago; after starting to use version 0.5.1 (I
had previous versions installed, but I did not use MD; I decided to go for 0.6
and it solved this problem (by going to 0.6 it also emerged all its dependencies).

Right now, I really hope the crashes on code completions are fixed in 0.7 ! ;-)

Marking NEEDINFO, until someone responds with emerge info output, or says if 0.7
solved this problem for them. Someone help me out here, can't fix/close bugs if
i don't have info. Thanks. (:
